Here at Stellars Choice, we offer two different methods of carpet cleaning: Hot Water Extraction (also known as HWE) follows pre-treatment by using a carpet wand that employs highly pressurized hot water to thoroughly rinse the carpet, while simultaneously commencing the extraction process enabling sanitation and dehydration. Very Low Moisture (also known as VLM) also follows pre-treatment by using a CRB (counter rotating brush) and/or a buffer machine. Thanks to newer technology, with VLM we can provide a service that doesn’t leave the carpet wet for hours. Enabling you to conduct normal activities shortly after with a reduced drying time.
Both packages are initiated by applying our included eco-friendly pre-treatments followed by agitation to perform an integration process. As the pre-spray integrates, the catalyst effect influences a partition stage that loosens and suspends dirt, grease and stains from the carpet to optimize the performance and effectiveness of each service. This results in an exemplary carpet with a majestic aroma to remember.
